STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERNATIONAL-LEVEL ATHLETE

About Me

I am a professional athlete, building my career with the goal of competing at the international level. For me, this is not just a sport, but a passion pursued through systematic, structured work.
Since the age of 15, I have fully dedicated myself to professional motocross. My training follows a comprehensive system encompassing physical conditioning, technical skills, mental preparation, and long-term planning.
Prior to this, I explored various sports as well as creative and technical pursuits. This experience provided me not only with a strong foundation but also with key advantages: coordination, adaptability, and the ability to quickly take on new challenges. Additionally, it cultivated internal resilience—a crucial asset for sustaining performance over the long term.

My Story

I was born in Saint Petersburg, but I have always felt at home in Estonia. Since childhood, this is the place where I feel calm and free. It is where I can be myself and follow my own path.
My family is ordinary, but with a strong cultural background. On my father’s side, my ancestors were musicians. One of them, my great-grandfather Peter Saul, was a conductor and a People’s Artist of the Estonian SSR. I grew up with a family history spanning several centuries. I also pursued music, but I chose a different path—since I was a child, I loved speed, racing, and winning.
I have been involved in motocross since I was 15. It is here, in Estonia—during training and races—that I truly feel my strength and my passion for racing and motorsport. I train under the guidance of Andres Krestinov and alongside Gert Krestinov. I am proud to grow alongside such strong mentors, who set an example of the level of excellence required to achieve real results.
I am here for a reason. Estonia is not just a place for me; it is an environment where I grow and become stronger. This country has given me freedom, opportunities, and support—a space where I can develop without unnecessary pressure.
